Craig Miller has been visiting Black Butte Ranch with family and friends since 2004 and fulfilled the dream by building a home there in 2019. In 2025, he was elected to the Black Butte Ranch Board of Directors.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Boise State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho. His professional background includes service as a police officer, detective, fraud investigator, and federal agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). He later worked as an attorney for SAIF Corporation before establishing his own law practice in 2015, representing injured workers in Oregon’s workers’ compensation system.

Craig and his family continue to visit Black Butte Ranch as often as they can, cherishing their time in the community.
